Just publish anything without using Hull City and see how quick PLT is to ram it down your throat. Seriously, there are brand guidelines, it is something that I have been aware of for quite sometime as it has been mentioned once or twice by the club about the use of the club logo. We ask the club to supply us with various sized logos that suit what we need them for. Whilst I understand that posters may question why the full guidelines haven’t been sent out, my point is that they do exist.
Don't get to excited, the guide lines are probably one line " Under no circumstances is the word "City" to be used"
Still nothing received as far as I'm aware and I believe it's not just Geoff chasing them, others in the Supporters Committee are also complaining about them not going out as promised. They're running out of time, the next meeting is only a week or so away.
The old man should be in a good mood this morning, as last night, Terry Geraghty failed to get selected as the Labour candidate for next year's Hull Council elections. I put this up for info only, no political discussions. Ta.
People have been asked what dates suit them best, so it looks like it's happening, they just seem to be ignoring requests for the branding guidelines,
He'll run as an independent and win unfortunately. thats cos they're rewriting them at the moment. In crayon
There's a big difference between a) having set options of a logo and it's placement, and b) brand guidelines. It would not surprise me one bit if b) didn't exist but are 'hurriedly' being put together. Were they in place, surely Ehab would have instructed for them to be distributed straight after the meeting? One comment, one email or one phone call is all it would have taken for them to be sent within '24 hours' #hmmnnnnn Hopefully they are about to dig their own grave finally
It’s exactly as I have said, “Brand Guidelines” has been used in emails regarding the use of the club logos. The OSC uses original club logos that are supplied by the club. There are no restrictions on our use of Hull City, Hull City AFC or The Tigers. I cannot recall the OSC ever using Hull City Tigers or Tigers or ever being asked to.
You're right I don't. I doubt it matters though. The majority of people vote for their favourite party and don't even know who the candidate is half the time.
