My top 3 in no particular order; It's a Wonderful Life Bad Santa Scrooge .I know I left out loads and a recent poll had Die Hard as no.1 film but only if you life sweaty men in vests, not my thing.
The Green Mile - He dies at the end and people always die at Christmas, so it's linked. A Bridge Too Far - Christmas is a time for remembrance, when I watch this film I think of the people who gave up their today, so I could have my tomorrow. Close My Eyes - Well, Christmas is all about families.
Sorry bruv but there's nae snow in any of them so they canny be GC Christmas films. Pick another 3 please.
Would it be okay for me to tag along? I love both of those films, and it's been a while since I last went to the pictures. I'd even pay for the tickets, drinks and pick & mix.
THe Filmhouse is kinda arty-farty so they don't do pick 'n' mix (and woe betide anyone who munches loudly during a film!) but they have a nice restaurant and you're welcome to come. I am partial to their Tiffin.
Sounds good to me (and I adore your use of woe betide, by the way). Where is the Filmhouse you speak of? I may need to organise train/air travel if it's quite some distance away.
