Could sub off JWP aswell as none have really been in the game. Too many square backwards aimless balls played across the park.

Charlie getting no protection...everytime he goes for the ball.....hey presto the defender goes down too easily. And they are getting a free kick :headbang:

Davis has been in this. Didn't you see him declining the chance to bring the ball forward (or at least pass it forward), but instead immediately pass backwards - which ultimately lead to Wesley fanning about trying to the bring the ball out himself.

We turned up for the first 10 mins (but alas, were faced with Ake at every turn). Since then, it's been all Bmouth.

Well I would expect (as an armchair expert Archers) a Lemina/Hojbjergjjj shaped change at half time or this is only going to end very badly.

Pied looks more than useful going forward. I'm not too sure about him defensively, though.

If Pellegrino doesn't bring Lemina on then I don't know what he's thinking quite frankly. It's crying out for him to grab hold of the game.

Do you think? I’ve thought he’s been caught out of position defensively several times and hesitant going forward. He had Tadic and JWP square twice both unmarked in the box..

Our 2 closest opportunities came from Prowse. Pied needs to find him more insead of going alone all the time, Prowse has got into some good positions. Link up between our wingers and fullbacks has been poor today. when they do link up it works well though.

Davis is the problem as he isn't driving forward when he gets it but looks to pass back too often. He isn't a DM, that's it. We have two DMs sat on the bench who are better than him

It is surprising how lessons once learned can be forgotten in couple of days.

So I got myself up at 2.30am for this.

3 times Hoedt danced with the devil in that half and got away with it... twice.
Boufal needs sitting down at HT and settling down. That tackle and that miss both bloody terrible.
Pied doing enough. Crossing well but just not doing enough down that right hand side to cut the pressure down.
We are being bossed in the mid. Davis off, Lemina on asap.

This is an awful ground to watch broadcast football. Angles all too low, cant see what's going on half the time, everyone is on top of everyone.

Can't blame the manager, Davis played fine last week. Guy is back to being slow again, Bertrand looks disinterested
