Last night I thought we had an excellent first half and should have gone in 2-0 at the break .We harassed them and kept 70% possession.Second half a different matter although I thought Ekuban who had a good game should have finished the game off and Cooper was only marginally offside I think that Lansbury who I suggested we buy a couple of weeks ago was impressive whilst Houliane in my opinion run the show for Barnsley against us was subdued by Viera I think we need a left back Joe Bryan a goalkeeper Alex McCarthy and a striker Dwight Gayle and if you twist my arm Henri Lansbury total cost 25m

Unfortunately we dont seem to beat the good sides only those below us, some of them.That wont be enough to mount a promotion challenge regardless of the amount of wishful thinking about. February 1st will tell a lot about our ambitions for this season or will it be another wait till we see who we get in the summer. Time will tell
