Pretty much what I was going to post this morning. Im happy with first hour but not happy with the way we died away in last half hour. First half, Villa never looked like getting anything from game except a heavy beating. Squad is paper thin when you look at the subs bench. If or when we pick up a few injuries, well be in serious trouble. All I could do was shake my head at Grot and Sacko coming on as subs. Theyre at best, league one footballers. Im afraid Ive that niggling feeling Doc that we might not have either Saiz or Vierra next season if we dont at least make the playoffs and see some serious proper strengthening of the playing side of things
Sky commentator mentioned it last night when listing Vierras previous clubs. His exact words were "I wonder who will be his next". frustrating to say the least and if we dont find a way of building a team to challenge immediately, well continue to lose our better players every year

All teams need there top players fit and are not the same without them.Take the 2-3 £10-£15 million pound players out of the Wolves team and they would be average.Take Vardy out of Leicester and they would probably go down,take Pogba out of scum and their win ratio drops massivly,you expect us to be able to cope without our best players,why no one else can.
With our top players fit and relatively few injuries so far we are mid table. On what basis are you suggesting we are good enough. We started fantastically with some decent performances and some lucky results but just about everyone has gained in the division has gathered more points than us since October. It’s now December.
