Good choices! I have the last 2 of them on vinyl, and a fair bit other stuff from that era.

Can't wait to start. Will have to wait for the decks and mixer as the super PC which will control the entertainment and sound system for the whole house and the sound system itself comes first so I'll have to make do with a record player at first.

I wasn’t even thought about in the 80s, but it’s absolutely brilliant music.

Absolute 80s or Heart 80s are always on my radio if I’m not playing anything on Spotify in the car.

The best things in the world were made in the 80s. Myself included ;)

I listen to Smooth in the car when I'm taking my dementia suffering mother in law about. Good gentle music from 60,-90's.
Prefer listening to Radio 2, or chat on Darkside am.
And footy if not at match.

70's for me for great music and
" trophy" and the not so great domestic turbulence but still massively frustrating on the football front.

The 70s is one of my favourite decades for music to be fair. No trophies for my lot unless they got any for participating!

Yeah but that's football - also I was happily married in the 80's and still am so 80's has many good memories (not so many football ones mind) - 2 fine daughters (both support the wrong team though?!!!) Keegan influenced unfortunately <doh><doh>

Two Newcastle supporting daughters? My wife's family are Newcastle but fortunately she's not really bothered so I should be free to brainwash my little girl into supporting Sunderland. She's already a decent little footballer she's got a decent kick on her and likes trying to get the ball off me.

I'm a child of '81 too. Living on the Wirral now I'm hoping my kids opt for Tranmere rather than Liverpool (which is endemic here) but would accept Everton. I honestly wouldn't inflict Newcastle on them. My boys aren't that fussed with football though so now got one last chance with my daughter - fingers crossed (though in fairness I'm struggling to think of why I would inflict football on any of them really).

Living in Washington I lost them to the Darkside when they started school due to the Keegan led media attention and the Sunderland doldrums. The dark ones were more popular at their primary school. My wife is also a bit of a black and white from Penshaw - But no real problems from me.
I have many great friends from the darkside. I just have a problem with their football team.
