Soares (if that's who you mean) was injured in the 85th minute so that was included in the extra 5 minutes.
No one has mentioned what Pellegrino thinks of Pep's actions. Can't see him coming out in public and saying it, but can't see any manager approving of his player being (a) berated or (b) told how he should play. Neither would have gone down well with me.
Here is some more info on the Redmond/Pep thing, Pep a class act http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/42193103
http://www.skysports.com/football/n...ver-pep-guardiola-and-nathan-redmond-incident The FA are going to look into the incident. I agree with Fran, Guardiola was out of order whatever he was saying. Imagine if it was VVD he was talking to and saying how good he is, we'd all be shouting tapping up.
He's a self-righteous prick who should mind his own business. Bit more from BBC - http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/42196427. Includes the brilliant line - Guardiola said he would "never judge the way opponents play against one of my teams". but did precisely that when we didn't match them toe-to-toe in attacking football and lose 6-2. Properly arrogant, how rude of little Southampton to turn up and chose to play in a way the great Gaurdiola isn't happy with..
The irony on here (and I get everyone is in an upbeat mood about recent results) but I and other people on here have been banned for personal insults (not getting at you Vin btw) - and here it gets a 'Like' from people who place bans... Not quite sure how that one works.
It’s a fair point. The “like” was not so much for the “nob” comment but for Vin putting the City fan straight about the timing of Cedric’s injury. Happy now? Life’s a minefield isn’t it?
