The Sluts is from there. Would be Interesting to see how he regards Hull still struggling to rebuild and with war damaged buildings 70 years after the war and psychological scars still affecting the city. Interesting to explain these things to the residents of Warsaw after they have stopped laughing as well.
I see someone on here is off to Krakow. My mate's brother in law worked there for quite a while after the collapse of communism. Great place for a night out. Amazing how in a few years they transformed it from a grey, drab place with no life to a bright, lively one. After hearing tales he was told it is no surprise they hate the Russians as much as the Germans.
We don't know how lucky we have been growing up in this country.

Do you have any thoughts that don't turn up on here or are we the sole benefactors of your mental 'free-for-all'?

Are they too demanding for you? Maybe the thought that Hull wasn't the most badly damaged city in the war is too much to take.
England fans in general need to think before coming out with jingoistic claptrap in some places.

All of the England games take place outside of my work hours.

Top draw as far as I'm concerned.

Yes, posted loads of posts about Sluts coming from Volgograd/Stalingrad. And not as many about other things as the constant referals to Hull in the war, and using it for 70 years of excuses about thecstate if the city. Something cities which fared far, far worse around Europe in the war don't constantly mention.

Argentina, blimey Sir Alf Ramsey will be spinning in his grave, but on the other side of the coin Ricky Villa, Osvaldo Ardiles were great to watch in the English game they were a credit to their country.

Not as easy as some, in the media, are making out....Remember England couldn't beat Algeria in South Africa..
If we need to be beat Belgium last game, I wouldn't fancy our chances.. Out in the group stage.. Belgium and Tunisia to progress.
