Loved the look around by Nico after the last - gave him a quick shake of the reins and he went on again. Very smart novice.

At least the RSA Boris - he can't afford mistakes like that in an Arkle or JLT. It was only his stamina that got him close after the last but I'd say he lost a dozen lengths on the winner in the jumping stakes.

With 8 runners in the next at Newbury I think Vibrato Valtat could be worth an e/w dabble at 22/1.

Someone else already said it, but at 9-1 I think The Organist in the 3.35 is very good value :)

A few days ago I would have been with you on VV - but after Saturday I swore to stop the sentimental bets - he has won for me in the past, and that kind of persuades me to keep following up. But I'm going to stop! The big test will be if/when Conygree reappears :) Or Sea Pigeon <laugh>

Me too but I have to convince myself I'm picking for solid reasons, not just cos he won the CGC for me! (Well not JUST for me, obviously!)

But most of us have a degree of intelligence, it shouldn't be too difficult to tell one's self to STFU :D

Here we go Oddy - your cliff horse next up!

I'm still not betting reebs, just love the horse to bits. These are the races we live for, great renewal and really looking forward to it. Confident Thistlecrack can win this in good style.

Jesus that's two dickhead jockeys staring each other out the whole way round and forgetting about the Champion Jockey on the front end.

Worried for Thistlecrack after that - can't just blame fitness to be honest, I thought he went out like a light

Beer Goggles, Mamma Mia! What a front-running ride by Richard Johnson. Brave horse, brave jockey who spent the night in some pain, apparently, after a bad fall yesterday. <applause>
