    What is the question?

Surely it's Smith & Washington all day every day
I agree no pace but effort and end product and all pace and effort but little end product but we are better every single time we have them on the pitch and every single time we don't have Mackie & Sylla on the pitch.
surely the strongest pair start and the weaker pair supersub
    ((I know Washington started yesterday)

There is even room for a winger with just those 2 up front

Also Cousins has shown he's not a right back.
Again I know our other options are limited but Pavel does better every time

Even with the current injuries I cannot see why Sylla Mackie and Cousins are starting.

Why we didn't make changes after 45 mins and wait until we are behind is the second mystery of life

And yes I did stay to the end
What most of the discussion re last night misses is that this was the least satisfying comeback in the history of time as we were poor 2nd half
It was just a bit odd!

Sylla has grown on me. He's our best poacher by some distance. God knows what position he was meant to be playing yesterday.

Smith is great as an impact sub because it throws defenders who have been marking Washington all game. If teams know that's our Plan A they'll set up for it accordingly and we'll be lumping it 60 yards somewhere near Smith every time.

I'd probably have Wzolek in over Cousins too but both look poor right now.

Ian Holloway has hailed the talent of young forward Ebere Eze, and has tipped him to lead the QPR front-line with Bright Osayi-Samuel in the future.

The future is now! Well January at least.

The question is ‘what do you get when you put a donkey in a field with another donkey already in it?’

I'd certainly like to see Eze go into the team and think he's capable of dealing with the pressure. Personally I'd like to try having him playing off of Sylla.

I don't think Sylla is much better than Mackie and neither should start imo.

He got an 8 from WLS Monday and looked good in the extended highlights. Smith and Sylla are our most prolific scorers and both should start for me plus Pavel wide to supply them.

How dare you refer to his Mackiness in that way! He is the greatest clapping QPR player of all time. Just because his arms have gone doesn't mean he cannot give away a free kick or control the ball like me. Never in the history of QPR has anyone been able to run aimlessly down a blind alley like a headless chicken as well as Mackie. Besides Watford won't accept it. :emoticon-0127-lipss

I accepted weeks ago that, much as I love him, he's a poor player now. Actually thought by his standards he did well on Monday despite the poor finishing and ridiculous yellow card in a dangerous area as a result of his own woeful first touch.

Don't know why but Pawel doesn't look half the player he did. Still think he should be in at RB over Cousins.

I thought our front 3 worked hard Monday. I do like Smith coming off the bench but if we start him it's just hoof ball all the way. His height does him a disservice because he's not terrible with his feet.

Sylla is a conundrum. Doesn't do much but still the most likely to get on the end of something. Best poacher we have. Playing him on the right of a front three doesn't get the most out of him. Washington and Mackie should never be played together unless we are trying to grind out a goalless draw away from home.

Absolutely. He has always been like this to be fair . But 5 years ago he could bludgeon his way into a half decent position occasionally. I’ve said it all season if he plays it’s a sign we are in trouble .
