Not sure, I only saw it in real time and with no replay or commentary it was difficult to tell what it was disallowed for. I think maybe for blocking the 'keeper or something.

First half was all about aimless balls forward. Iorfa made a couple of strong runs but I wouldn't say we played well

Sounds like a top 10 performance, not promotional hopefuls.

I don't think our team could ever be considered as promotion hopefuls, all I kept hearing today was that we've given the ball away yet again and this is an ongoing g problem.
I think it's a finish as high as we can season.

Always was going to be a tough ask this one, simply outfought and beaten by the better team. We’ve probably seen enough this season to know where we stand, mid table being about right, but you never know. Oh great it’s in form Derby next!

We had the players available to have a go at Villa. Mick decided to go for work horses instead though. Villa didn't impress me greatly, they are no better with the ball than any half decent football team should be. We are so poor with the ball it makes other teams look fantastic

Fair enough, yeah I’d liked to have seen Celina and Huws start, hopefully they’ll start Tuesday and we’ll have a real go at Derby

When was the last time we had a real go at anyone especially away from home? MM will set up for a 0-0 and if (when) we concede in 1st 10 mins, there will be no plan b. We have some good attacking players in the squad who are being played out of position and having their confidence destroyed - Sears comes to mind straight away but if Waghorn is now taking corners (like Kane did in Euros), he might go the same way.

The big rumour around Portman Road is that Gordon Strachan is being lined up as Mick's replacement in the Summer! <yikes>

We’ve gone down the route of “big name” managers in the past which just hasn’t worked. What’s the harm in trying a younger manager from the lower leagues? Might at least bring some excitement back to the club rather than the state of apathy the club is in at present

We are a mid table side no matter who the manager is because that's the standard of our players and some of them only just about scrape into that category.
Wolves are sweeping all before them and will probably get promoted, but when you consider that they spent £28M on just two players plus wages it gives some idea of what we are up against, it's a long running tedious subject but until there is realistic investment in the playing staff we are going nowhere.

Mind you with that said our Norgolk neighbours have spent shed loads with the help of parachute payments and look at where they are! Yes I totally agree in that we need some serious investment in players but under Evans we've git no chance!

I'm optimistic about what we could achieve even if we don't spend alot of money.

We've never been a club that's splashed the cash, the 2 times I can remember when we've been less frugal we were relegated under Burley and the second was under Roy Keane and that's about as dark as it got as a town fan.

If we get a manager to come in who can be frugal in the transfer market and really develop some of the talented youngsters we've got coming through I think we could achieve something, it's what our success has been built upon. I think you get alot more out of giving youngsters a chance, I look back under the days of Royle and he gave a chance to alot of youngsters who lets face it many of which weren't half as talented as we have atm, but it worked because it brought good team spirit, pride for the shirt and they were schooled in the Ipswich way of playing.

We just need a manager who is able to make the best of that who will give us identity.

Just heard that the club is evicting a large number of home supporters out of the Cobbold Stand in order to make way for more Leeds fans when they come to visit!! This is just another symptom of how badly our club is being run under these useless W@nkers! <ok>

I heard that jonny, what the hell is going on if we turf season ticket holders out of their seats to accommodate visitors, for Christ sake Evans just go.
