I'd deffinately like to see Roque Santa Cruz, but who wouldnt? its not going to happen is it! What about Michael Kightly?
We could sign Any of the strikers mentioned and theyd struggle, we were reduced to efforts from way outside the area because we do not have anybody who can break a team down with probing balls from midfield, we need a scholes type, who plays intelligent balls into space that hurt the opposition, Barry Bannan wers he at these days? we also need Mr Pearson to stop being damn right stupid when were playing poor teams with injury lists as long as my penis, 451 against palace at home just doesnt wash with me at all!!! 2 games on the trot now hes ballsed up tactics wise, Mclean.Adebola should of started and id of sacrificed Mckenna for a Cairney/Koren CM with evans on the Right
Some absolutely outrageous suggestions in the opening post. I'd suggest Ranger abd Delfouneso are the only 2 we have a chance of getting. If we ever did manage to persuade any of the others to come I will gladly eat my hat!
you never know until you try. SAF knows what a good job NP is doing here. Macheda is a realistic choice, imo. and he knows some of the players here already.
Apparntly on Footymad , theres a rumour were in talks with a premiership striker and a CB not sure who though
We've signed hundreds of players in the last couple of years and hardly any of them have had any notable impact on performances. They are clearly good players but we still can't score a goal. What makes people think that bringing in another couple will suddenly change this? It's obviousoly not just down to the players available, we have one of the better squads in this league (most of them are **** on paper). Clearly something other than just personnel needs to change. NP basically announced on Radio Humberside the other day that we were going to start playing more direct. Let's wait and see if that works out for us, yeah? And for ****'s sake can we leave Adebola out of it? He's played 3 games, all for less than 45 minutes, how the **** is it his fault?
There's some people claiming that now that know who they are and two of them are Anthony Gerrard and Sylvan Ebanks-Blake, but as Gerrard is in the starting XI at Cardiff, I suspect they're both bollocks.
It won't be Gerrard, he's been playing well for Cardiff. But if it is Sylvan Ebanks-Blake then we will be a force up front.
