Last year this fixture saw a 2-1 win for us with goals from Coutinho & Firminho

Well after 2 frustrating draws in a row our next fixture is an always pleasurable visit to the Brittania ,or whatever its called these days, to mingle with the welcoming locals whose sole aim in life is to ensure all visitors have a wonderful visit to their charming city. A particular highlight for visitors is a trip to the Hanley area – though it is a good job for the natural sciences that Charles Darwin never did or the theory of evolution may have had a serious query placed against it.

I think it is fair to surmise that there will be changes from Saturdays line up with my guess being Lovren Mane & Firm back plus possibly Lallana & TAA. This next set of 4 PL fixtures (BHA , Everton & WBA) feels like it could be pivotal to our season particularly with the Moscow game sandwiched between the Brighton & Everton games. We really need to quickly find some defensive cohesion away from Anfield though think this game has goals written all over it considering the respective defences.

As an aside you can get odds of 29/10 on Peter Crouch scoring – gotta be worth a punt for you betting fellas

Cold night game away in Stoke isn't actually as common as its made out to be, yet we have actually have one. On the back of a couple disappointing results, I think we will get another draw

    Officials are announced on monday.

Good weekend for us getting a top 4 rival out of the way.

Spurs continue to delude themselves by talking about the gap to the top.

Nobody was competing with city this season.

We are there points off4th place pace I talked about but gave 3 games we shouldwin now andwe need yoshow the hunger to get these points back.

9 points in the next 3 games needed.

Just not sure about Everton, potential banana skin.

Seems that we like to give relegation fodder the three points when we play them :bandit:

    agreed

4th can't be won on 5 games but it sure as hell can be lost if you dont go fill your boits there.

No excuses really. tough games yes but with a full squad bar clyne there's an expectation that anyone wanting 4th needs 13-15 points

Agreed. Nothing tough in these fixtures. We should get 15 points. All floundering in the bottom of the table.

    nothing tough?

3 away games and we are the worse defence ever away from home.

2 goals conceded at home total suggests Everton and West Brom need to do some good work.

Bournemouth, Brighton especially and of course stoke are all hard away games for us

Everton couldn't beat an egg into submission atm.
So you're right, we'll probably lose.

Bonus point for beating Everton? Seems unfair on the other eighteen PL teams to just gift us an extra point!
