One played pretty much most sports at some level or other. So football, cricket, tennis, squash, rugby etc even a form of baseball and American football but never played golf bar crazy golf or pitch and putt once
Yeah Thailand looks top, not sure the cost of going over is worth it with my skill level at the minute.
Right common regarding Thailand I want to visit someday but not overly fond of the commercial holiday stuff. As an ex resident yourself what's the best way to go over and say rent a place for a month or two with family
Ive built some lovely golfing villas for wealthy people (not jealous, no siree) They buy into a lifestyle. Gotta be rich.
First step (with family, avoid pattaya) Anything over 30 days you will need visas.. Renting for a month is much cheaper, but do you really want to stay in the same place for a month? the place is huge, Any idea what you fancy seeing/doing?

Just want to get away tbh, have a disabled lad so happy to be in one spot near a hospital and to excursions A beach within reach type holiday but want quietish place to stay It will be about 3 weeks but happy to pay for a month A villa with private pool would be great
Like i msaid about the golf villas. Check out Hua Hin. I spent over there over a year. Ilove that place Fantastic beaches (cha-am) only an hour from bangkok. Top hospitials. Its where the Kings palace is. Maybe your ideal place. Its beautiful
Do you like snow? Used to really want it to snow as a kid, now I'm 50/50. Last time it snowed down here I ended up in a fight with some **** trying to impress his gf by throwing a snowball full force at my face from a couple of feet away.
Is it ****, BKK is nearer to 2 hours from Cha am (driven it many times) but Commy's right Hua Hin is better than Phuket, Pattaya & Udon. Great diversity there.
