So annoyed by the ref, but there was actually some green shoots there...maybe...just maybe a trip to Chelsea will inspire the lads and we can get an unlikely win?

Attwell should never have been a PL ref - they plucked him from obscurity as a 28 year old.

He was crap the and still is. Abandoning him would be too embarrassing for the Refereeing Powers that be..

Attwell needs to be dropped again from the PL, he's an imbecile of a ref, always has been............<ok>

Ref ripped us off for 95 minutes.

Is it Chelsea next? If so you won't see that midfield again, no matter how encouraging it was today, Clement will go back into his shell.............<ok>

Atwells' worst decision of many poor one was when the Bournemouth player elbowed Mesa and he waved play on and when we won the ball back in seconds stopped play for treatment for Mesa who had a head injury. If he could see that why didn't he award a free kick at the least. Must confess I enjoyed the game thought Bony had a good game as did Sanchez and at last Clement played the midfield trio I've wanted all season and it did improve things.

Yet another winless home game with just one shot on target all game.....Don't blame the ref blame Clement he is the one who sets out the game plan and it was inept in attacking football.......Just another nail in our coffin towards relegation........For the love of the club go clement,

Atwell is the only referee I've ever made a formal written complaint about - a few seasons ago but he is either incompetent or has a downer on Swansea.

Anyway my overall impression was we were better but again pretty poor. Bournemouth like so many teams we have played offered very little and Swans teams of the past would have breezed to a win.
I liked the way some players were passing the ball, a bit of grit and thought Bony was an outstanding captain. But, another game with just one shot on target.

Fabianski - a coupe of interventions but he must talk to his players
Naughton - best game ... ever for us.
    VdHoorn - class act
Mawson - some decent heading but almost got caught in possession a couple of times ... has to learn
Olsson - determined an played well
Carroll - why does he keep being picked?
Messa - improved but gets frustrated when he is faced with no pass options ... not his fault
Sanches - improved and made a few decent contributions and also a player gets frustrated when he is faced with no pass options
Ki - got stuck in bit ... lucky to stay on the park but that was a result of Atwell's incompetence.
Ayew - a better effort ... very busy but well marshalled
Wilf - getting back to normal ... I was really impressed with his captaincy

Subs - too little too late.

Clement still has to go imo.

If that is our best with a solitary late shot on target then there is no hope......Poor game plan yet again that the cherries had no problem coping with.....

All our club needs is an experienced manager and we will start winning more games than losing or drawing......Our players are no worse than most teams in the premiership.......I could not see anything wrong with the bony goal tbh but when you are down on your luck then nothing really goes for you.....We did however have some luck with Ki not being sent off where another ref would have given him his marching orders pronto.......We have the makings of a decent lower half team but we do need a more accomplished manager than we have at the moment...

Ki should have been sent off but the ref didn't see it and few give red cards on the advice of linos.
But Jordon Ibe should have been sent off in the same incident as should the player who attacked Mesa.

A flower of a ref, signs of slight improvement at last but will it last and grow ?
Not losing for a change which was becoming normal for the team but still no win !
Up from -0000% last week to +25% pop pickers.
Is our club too damaged from top to bottom ?
This and other questions will be hidden, buried and denied until seasons end when the most important l ' are we staying or leaving the prem ' will be answered and cant be hidden or denied by the morons we now have running the clown show here !
    Stid.

A much better display than at Burnley last week, a bit of fight shown at last, no defeat, no goals against. We have to take heart from this, hope it continues, so we can look forward with optimism. Games come thick and fast now, Chelsea away on Wed & Stoke away on Sat. I was at the Burnley capitulation but will miss Chelsea & return for Stoke trip. Some points from those two games will be very welcome.
