Been there when its got done, chickens, goats, cow etc even held the animal down. Just never wielded the knife

I've never had duck. Trued everything else. As a kid hunted game birds and cooked and ate them. Never duck strangely

 

Duck or goose over turkey. Turkey curries are great but most people cook the **** out of whole Turkey.

 

But why? surely you've got 3 other wives to turn to for when she's narky

Most treat it like a chicken, and incinerate the ****er.

 

There's still so many people scared of eating meat pink. The amount of times I've asked for rare steak and it's come back medium well or well done
