Please someone tell me i am wrong, but i am having nightmares of Pleat and Taylor coming back to haunt us.

 

I'm going to reserve judgement on that - he doesn't know the players yet and only played 4 games.

We are looking better with him then Shakespeare.

 

Definitely a case of 2 points dropped. We started so well and should have killed off the game in the first half hour when we were so far on top. Some bad decision making let West Ham off the hook and that gave them confidence. We looked awful for the rest of the match.

Danny Simpson had his best game for some time and saved us with a couple of great defensive headers under pressure from big men. Agree with John that Chilwell should be starting instead of Fuchs. He is getting caught out of position and short of pace too often. Why Mahrez looked surprised at being taken off is beyond me. If he plays like Pansy Potter he can have no complaints.

 

I’d rather have Ian Dowie

I’m not saying he has done a bad job at all - but after 4 games you start to get a feel for his management style which so far is appears to be pretty negative

You get these people turning up now and then, you have to ignore them or you risk giving them what they want. I can see you finishing in the bottom half this season as you're quite erratic and...oh hold on you said "cup final" are you having a laugh? FFS take a pill and calm down.

 

I was just pointing out that they called for this head despite top half and a cup final so pointing out the hyposcrisy I suspect it’s a transition season and mid table will be welcome after the erratic form since the title as you say.

Not at all. I always said I’d put results over performance but having had such bad performances (and lack of results) since the start of last season I’ll gladly hold my hands up and say I was wrong and just want to be entertained now
