I'm pretty sure we will see a lot more of Brexiteer's blaming the EU as vindictive to try and deflect blame as more and more things that they were warned would happen, happen and then they are then surprised that they have happened. And city of culture, like losing the 2 agencies this week and official acknowledgment that we've dropped from 5th largest economy to 6th largest is just the tip of the iceberg. If we really decide to take our bat and ball away and go for a no deal exit then the real ****storm of what will be called EU vindictiveness (but will actually just be the inevitable) will begin (and WTO tariffs really are the least of those worries). What is the real joke is that 18 months after the vote and with less than 18 months until we leave, the very people who wanted out still have no clear plan of how they want to leave and how to solve these issues they were warned about if we did leave and in the face of all these real issues are still either lying or hiding behind Brexit means Brexit whilst actually just winging it. Even if you support the idea of leaving the EU I really can't believe you can actually be happy in the way that's it's been carried out.
They are all vindictive, bitter UK haters, fook them all hard Brexit independance for NI and the Jocks,as well sorts the problems and saves us a fortune.
Funny you say that. I have an otherwise apparently sane relative who voted Leave. I e never discussed it as a family rift might have ensued but I’ve been tempted to ask them just that recently On the COC thing I think the EU missed a chance to take the high ground by holding it open, I don’t think it costs them much, the benefit is in the prestige and alleged later investment resulting . I still think they were wrong to take a legalistic view and also there is undoubtedly an element of wanting to punish the UK. They repeatedly say they don’t want to punish us so that more of less proves they do.
Lets all be honest for a change The EU are playing hard ball with a lot of encouragement from many within the uk. Which in itself is making things a lot easier for the EU.
Would not be surprised to hear that the EU were going to do away with the European Cup and replacing it with the EU Cup
Let's be honest the EU are doing exactly what they said they would, in the way they said they would, in the timescale they said they would. There just seems to be a lost in translation in negotiation approach to the talks whereby the English seem to think ah of course they're saying that but what they really mean is this.... And they don't. What they say is what they mean. They are following the negotiations as they said they would with the intention of trying to cause the minimum disruption to the rest of the EU, preserve relations with UK but of course whilst looking after their members. You can see all their positioning papers which were set out and agreed on time. https://ec.europa.eu/commission/bre...nts-article-50-negotiations-united-kingdom_en Meanwhile Theresa May decided to trigger article 50 without knowing what she wanted starting off a what would be a very tight process even if she did know what she wanted. In the middle of that stupidly tight negotiating period she held a general election wasting 2 more months. DD has turned up not declaring what he' wanted and now 18 months later we are still trotting out Brexit means Brexit.... The EU are not playing hardball (I imagine they're just sick of the incompetence)
No doubt when we finally leave the EU, there will be a mass exodus of remoaners moving to EU countries See it's not all bad news
The uk will be quiet cos the brexitears are dying off at a rate of knots and will only leave the younger terminally stupid ones still here.
How is one word inaccurate. You lot stamping your feet and having hissy fits isn’t going to alter their positions or policies. We need them more than they need us. You Cnuts lied and lied again.
