Nobody from the North Stand at the last meeting either I don't think , must be just a coincidence most of the protesters are there though
Is it please explain how it is? Nothing has been achieved apart from another supposed meeting, witch one of two things will happen 1. It will get postponed or canceled at the last minute 2. EA now has 3 more weeks to come up with lame excuses why nothing will be changed. Time is now for the fans to react not in 3 weeks time as it will alsways be the same with these owners!
I love it us militants are not only upsetting the ****s in charge but those who got an invite to the brown- nosing session last night. Nobody last night represented Hull City AFC, myself or my friends and the people I know so nothing has changed we go on.
Read this with a dispassionate point of view, without the previous detail that has been discussed on here. It’s well written (far better than those of the Trust and OSC), it comes across as constructive and conciliatory. It doesn’t reflect what the other two reports offered, regarding actions. Why? Problem is, most of us know it’s just posturing bullshit. Edit: but many will not.
Ignore list member #1. Or that could have been Doveston. Having a quick look at my ignore list, I'm surprised that these threads have any content visible at all!
Driff Tiger hit the proverbial nail describing this as a 'bear trap'. Again, they have played it very cleverly. Allams have set us up perfectly to provide them with an excuse to withdraw, and indignantly claiming they tried to consolidate. Bielby has responded with a straight bat, he has no choice but to keep dialogue going, and to report how positive the meeting was. No doubt, we will receive a plea from the Trust to avoid protesting in the ground. Some will still be sufficiently angry to ignore this, thus providing the Allam's with a perfect excuse to withdraw. By playing the martyr/victim, they will probably gain the support of a lot of people (who they had previously lost) because we are all just desperate for this to end and thus create even further divide. If we hadn't witnessed the last few years, even the suggestion of football club owners (or any business leader) plotting against their own supporters (/customers) and costing them massively financially would be seen as an unbelievable and ridiculous conspiracy theory. And yet it's happening in front of our eyes, ripping the heart and soul out of the club.
The Chairman stressed that protests outside of the stadium are not a problem as they are away from the pitch and players. Anything which affects the match is destructive and serves no purpose. A Committee Member stated their anger at the protests andhow much they and supporters around them were opposed to protests on the pitch. Name and shame. Who was this stupid ****?
I agree. The time to judge is whether there’s any progress between meetings 1 & 2. 3 weeks ain’t gonna kill us...
