Jeez, not even the club's own overview makes it sound like they have agreed to do anything at all. I don't see anything there that should stop any protesters from protesting.
Hull City It's easy , just call the club by their name , Hull City Do you really need an example Ehab ? Hull City Hall of Fame Easy isn't it ?
Seems odd, as the Trust have certainly favoured in ground protest against the owners (as opposed to match disruption).
Remind me what happened last time? Something along the lines of "not enough time to consult the fans"?
"He went on to explain that although heavily criticised in some quarters for not been football fans, they feel this has been of considerable benefit to the running of the club. Instead of letting their hearts rule, Ehab says they have implemented a sound business case, running the club as efficiently as possible." Great balance sheet guys ! Shame about the half-empty stadium and the impending relegation.
All he’s doing is trying to bring his opposition to heel. Simply having that disparate supporters representation there gave him an opportunity to do this and a future platform to further divide supporter opinion.
I don’t think it will be, I think they have a well thought out strategy to **** the support over and, ironically, all they needed to achieve their goal was for these well meaning supporters to attend and then commit to keeping it alive in the public gaze.
That will give them pip. Will these be thrown by our core supporters. Will Granny Smith throw the first one. Do you have a truck load of hand grenades instead?
The best thing about the meeting is that those responsible for the action weren't invited therefore they cannot be influenced or agree to any cessation of protest. Even if anyone was sufficiently stupid to think throwing some stress balls onto the pitch changed the course of a match. What a load of bollocks that is. Continue with the protests and up the ante. And bollocks to those who are blind enough to blame protesting fans. It is what the tv cameras are going to see. The more it is seen the more it will be in the news. And to answer your first question. No you are not.
