I'm guessing the actual protest group won't have been very impressed with the meeting anyway They didn't get very far down their tick list of 'demands'
Personally, while I'm thankful for the Trust for having a go, given the Allams have offered nothing I want the Trust to break off all contact and refuse to attend further meetings. I've emailed the trust to put my views and I would encourage all other members to do the same.

So the meeting was positive because the owners have agreed to discuss branding. Weren't suggestions presented (as an alternative to name change) four years ago after the last meeting (that were ignored)? No movement on concessions. Great. I'm struggling to understand how the meeting lasted 3 hours. The only positive I can see from the meeting is that no one came out of it looking like Saturday's pigeon.
Getting down to the core now, a productive meeting that lasted over 3 hours that changed nothing and can be condensed into a 5 minute summary. I hope the 8 enjoyed the tea and Biscuits and feel giving up their own free time was worth it.
The Allams are just going through the motions. If they wanted to do something about the "branding" they could have said there and then that things would change, they didn't stating a further meeting was needed. They will give way on absolutely NOTHING.
Look...this is Easy. Dont give up the protests for a chance of change. Step up the protests to make them change. Dont let the barstewards grind u down
Allam Meeting Summary Following last night’s well publicised meeting between the owners and supporters of Hull City AFC, here is a summary of the discussion. The Trust was represented at the meeting by our Chairman Geoff Bielby. Ehab Allam chaired the meeting, whilst 7 other supporters were in attendance including representatives from the Hull City Official Supporters Club and the Senior Tigers group. The meeting lasted just over three and a half hours. Firstly, we acknowledge that it is positive that this meeting actually took place. It’s only the second time either of the owners has ever met with supporters and the first for over four years. Ultimately, there was no agreement to resolve the situation around key issues such as concessions or the refusal to use the club’s real name, but the club did agree to engage in future meetings with supporters to hopefully reach an agreement on these issues. Ehab agreed to revisit the ‘branding guidelines’ which are given to club staff. This issue will be discussed further at the next meeting in December. The owners claim that recent protests have disrupted the team and they want to see an end to protests which interfere with play.
