Well they're doing a **** job getting that information out as I've been looking into what to get when I move and It's mostly negative I'm reading. I'll have to spend more time on it.

 

Customer service rating on NPS which is the marker is up 30 this year, that’s an incredible shift.

He issue is with that many customers there will always be issues. The quality of infinity with a smart hub is incredible. It’s perfect.

Does your new gaff have a dish up already? If it does you probably don't need an engineer for TV mate.

 

They insist on install now for Sky Q, apparently because you don’t own the box now. HD they send receiver still if dish there.

 

Sky Q needs engineer yeah, cos of the additional tuners. It's going dish free next year I'm told. Useless **** that kit, yeah you have to send it back I'm sending mine back in December.

Regular sky you can just fire up, I doubt he's getting Q and BB for £40.

 

Come round ours and have some nosh while you watch the tele.

Your sky cable might be there hanging out of the wall just to plug straight into mate. It's happened to me pretty much every time I've moved.

BB is different as Sky need to take over the line.
