McCormack is awful at penalties, he missed 2 in preseason and I wouldn't trust him to take another. His mental strength is questionable, he loses confidence a little too easily for my liking. Gradel on the other hand, he doesn't let his mistakes get him down and comes back stronger. On top of that, he's an excellent penalty taker.

Brilliant on the possible extention for max, took ****in long enough! Also, I hope SG has plans to do what he did yesterday, play attacking 4-4-2 and go for the throat. Ipswich are vulnerable, if we take the game to them, they'll probably crumble - great opportunity to not only get 3 points on the board, but some decent goal difference under our belts as well.
