Off Topic Peter Kay Tour 2018/19

Really like his ‘sketch’ stuff like Phoenix Nights and Car Share, but as a stand up / interviewee he bores me nowadays
Seen him live before and it was ok, but not that good. I wasn’t bothered about trying to tickets for this one.

 

He is apparently receiving counselling to help him cope. Consoled by the fact that tickets sold out immediately.

 

Not that I want one, but how much are the tickets?

 

I completely agree with this , can't believe people are trying to re-sell tickets for £550

What do they cost before re-sell?

 

Watched him at the o2 in London a few years ago. Funny fella. No interest in this time around, still rate him.

My son managed to get us tickets for Manchester. Looking forward to it, and the DVD.

 

They will try if people are stupid enough to buy them at those prices.

 

There'll be people stupid enough to pay at least double that.

 

Agreed, the world is littered with stupid people.
Personally, I would sooner go on a nice holiday then pay these rip-off prices.
Each to their own I suppose.

Fair play to him, at the last minute he went to Winter Gardens in Blackpool and booked it for Children in Need gig. He went on Chris Evans and they kept adding daft stuff. I think it raised 650k for 50 pairs of tickets....the top bid was 40k for two tickets...

Turns out it isn’t as tricky as suggested as she bought two!
Its a long way off though so whether I’ll make it to 2019 or not is debatable
