Yes, you're right Chesh, I didn't take into account for every goal we score their tally goes down one.....my mistake......your fault..
Either way, it’s the usual crack, season quarter over and already out of chase for top two and hanging on to a forlorn hope of top six
I think we can still make top 2 cos of the number of games left, depends on how TC gets the players and team playing of course. Some top teams still have to go through their blip, if ever. Aston Villa had their blip at beginning of season, and now sit in 5th spot, if, and I say if we win our next 3 games we could be only around 9 to 12 points short of top, instead of 18; big ask I know considering our form of late, but it's still there to play for. I'm not giving up on finishing in top 2, and, TC prevailing we can finish in top 6, too many games left to give up just yet. I do share most leeds fans opinions on TC though, don't think he can do it, not this season or next. Easy to say we need better players in, but even a moderate coach can get good results with a team of better players.....
So who was buying all the players under the 'managers'? If you're saying it's just down to how much money each were given you have no arguement whether a manager or dof is best.
There’s not an earthly chance of finishing top two. The ship has already sailed. Talking about winning next three, same as last season that’s also what top two will be at. No matter what blip anyone hits, it won’t be seven defeats in nine
Top two usually don't loose more than 10-11 games a season, we've lost 7 already, a tall order indeed to not lose more than 3-4 more... On another note, who regrets hoping we lost to Leicester so we can concentrate on the league? Not aimed at anyone in particular, I can't even remember who argued for going for it and who wanted out
The loss to Leicester actually backfired on TC, will he have learnt a lesson when it comes to FA cup, doubt it. I suspect, or should I say I would've hoped that TC would've at least had the sense to put out a stronger team against Man City, and we can only wonder as Man City would've put out a weaker team. Best to be down and disgruntled after a match loss, than before, always believe upsets can happen, we are capable of causing upsets just like any other team, we did it against Manure and Burnley. This season we beat Burnley, on penalties. Season we beat Manu we also held Tottenham to a 2-2 draw. Following season we held Arsenal to a 1-1 draw. 2010 we only went down 1-0 to Liverpool. 2013 we beat Tottenham 2-1, Anyone can do it if the right players play and play on form......
well it is now but it was much funnier the way it was originally typed "And which of those was given a decent budget AND give. Automony to buy and sell to get the team he wanted? I was fairly clear both both to happen" But I suppose we are all allowed our little mistakes and edits ?
Six in the morning and im in bradford waiting for shop staff to arrive.been reading been reading about nice man cheery tommy and how all the players and staff are confident about today.if i had seven bad days out of nine then i would be peed off and annoyed.he comes across as too weak.
Had a rough night then Wakey, Awake and posting at 4.00am, I hope you are OK ? you're not typing too well either, take it easy
You need to stop listening to those Pre match pressers wakey.. I used to but they’re all bullshit about what they’re going to do. Only place that matters is on the pitch and they’re not delivering there
You can tell how confident we are, top 3 threads this morning are Brexit thread, Mightys bollox thread, and something off topic that I cant remember
