The players aren't working for Pellegrino. Part of being a manger is to handle the players. Pellegrino has to go now. He's not the right man for the job. We need someone in who can get the players playing to their potential.
As it suits my agenda, i just want to add that Tadic wouldn't have had to cut inside to pass if he was on the left side of the pitch.
I said it two weeks; now would be the wrong time to sack him. You can't ask a new manager to come into a very difficult fixture list. If nothing else, it most likely means you miss out on benefitting from that 'new manager bounce'. By all means sack him, but not for another month or so.

I wouldn't mind losing at Liverpool if we played with some purpose and some sort of shape and pattern. The whole team just looks lost right now.
Usually an optimist but the sooner we get to the end of this season in relative safety, the better. Then we need to stop this slow death, rip the team apart (probably including the manager), assess our philosophy and try and make as much of a fresh start as possible. And that includes the expectations of the fans who've become toxic. I can feel myself going that way!
Do not sack him just before January. i don't want another manager going into another window not knowing who he needs.
