I live right on the edge of Castle Eden dene, not far off a good friend of Smugs. It absolutely fantastic place mate. I'm coming up retiring, I'll live abroad for a few months of the year, but I'll never sell this house. Peterlee is the same as everywhere, some good, some bad.

There a place in Spenny I really like the look off. Got loads of family that side of county Durham so not focused on the coast.
Can vouch for this. Just moved up to Peterlee (2 weeks ago) and we're happy as ........ 2minutes from the Dene. Great place to live (so far )
Just buy it man, I’ll leave the settee cos it took about a week to get in and I ain’t going through that again, that’s a 9 grand cherry on the top! Haha. To be fair it’ll sell easy enough only been on since Tuesday, if nowt else an investor will buy it and rent it out by the week.

I'm not sure if Sky Sports Keith has been personally invited to discussions between Coleman and Short about the budget but yeah we need to spend some money and despite what our Keith says I think we will spend a bit.
Considered it mate cos the rent income would be way above the mortgage payment, frankly I can’t be arsed. I’ve a massive amount of equity in it so i can more or less wipe out a mortgage, I’ll be on easy street and no ****if about managing or paying someone to manage it. I haven’t totally ruled it out but mortgage free by 40 is appealing. They are doing £900 month rental wise.
