It's the Weekend!

    This weekend I shall be driving around looking at shed showrooms. Decided to get a summer house at the end of the garden to replace the last one that was cheap as chips but fell down after a huff and a puff.

    Lawnmower, tools and general mess in the shed bit and the other side will double up as a practice room and office. If I get one big enough there could be a couple of comfy couches and either a big screen TV or a projector.

    Well skint so will be lying on my back watching TV; Cheltenham races, the EPL, the Bundesliga and the rugby union friendlies along with 'I Know Who You Are! (BBC4) on Saturday evening and Babylon Berlin (Sky Atlantic) on Sunday evening..

    Drunken carousing and very ropy behaviour over three 'extended' holidays earlier this year mean that this practice will be essentially repeated until October 2018; f****n' pished off already!

    You can get a decent projector and a 100" screen for about £150. I have one setup in my mancave (lair).

    I was looking into getting a summer house with double glazing and also looking at whether or not I should sound-proof it so that when I attempt to play the guitar I don't annoy the neighbours. A nice sound-proofed "shush, nobody can hear you scream" room does have other obvious advantages.
