Former England midfielder Jermaine Jenas says Championship strugglers Sunderland would be better off if they were relegated to League One.

On Friday, Chris Coleman left his job as Wales boss to take over at the Black Cats, who have been without a manager since sacking Simon Grayson on 31 October.

Yeah sound, get even less tv money in league 1 and apart from if they draw a Prem club in the cups watch last week's chip papers swirl about in the wind in their nearly empty stadium on matchdays.

If they do end up in League 1 who does he think will manage them?,they won't get a Chris Coleman they'll end up with the local coal man and a few fellers from their local Sunday League playing for him.

They have more chance of rebuilding if they manage to stay in the championship, Jermaine belongs in the circus with his talking arse.
