No one mentioned Robinho? Must be up there with one of the biggest flops in the PL.

Diouf at Liverpool aswell.

Newcastle have had loads, Luque first one that springs to mind

Faustino Asprilla
He basically cost Newcastle the title.
They were ticking over nicely till he came and disrupted their mojo

That Spanish kid Arsenal signed for 20 odd mill bowt 10 years ago?

He moved back to Spain became decent again

I know what you mean...both them players brought something to the table. I thought Bellamy was underrated. Snappy little bastard with skills...perfect. McAllister was a winner.

Gordon Milne signed Gary McAllister and Ally Mauchlen for us in a double swoop on Motherwell .... Mauchlen was a fiery little red headed warrior who took no prisoners ... Gary Mac was a willowy young man who first had to be bulked up in the reserves before he made his mark in the first team ... but what a player .... one of the best passers of a football I've seen at the club <ok>

Pav was nowhere near a flop mate. May not have been the most skilful of players but few could hit a ball like him. 42 goals in 112 games was well worth the £13m we spent.
Also relegated Birmingham in incredibly painful style.
They tried to sign him in January, got turned down and he sent them down the same season.
Went into the last five minutes safe and a goal from Wolves in a loss to Blackburn and this one put them out:
