That's not the point. Vermaelen does has a great leap but that does'nt change the fact he's a technical ballplaying CB that likes to take the ball forward.

Koscielney and Vermalen would be a partnership that lacks, height, power and intimidation

I would MUCH rather we played Vermalen next to a less technical, more powerful defender. Statistically if u look at the leagues two best defenders are Vidic and Terry (according to Opta) - nether are particularly technically skillful. Wengers too obsessed with technical ability and he forgets about power, aggression and leadership.

No you said there where far more examples. And i asked you to point them out. If a players has had as many bad games as you say Kos has had then surely you would point some out and not a game where he made one mistake and one which his fellow player let him and the club down. Instead you keep saying he has had loads of bad games. I can say John Terry had a load of bad games and not point out any of them. Its easy to do that. But i won't say that because he has not had many. Just like Kos, if you can prove otherwise then Kos like Terry did not have many games.
