    Just prescribed melatonin.

Making no ****ing difference at all.

Wake up between 1:30 and 2:00 every night without fail.

No. I used to drink and smoke weed etc back in the day but didn't really bother my sleep patterns

I think its just lifestyle currently. Working for myself with no time table doesn't help

Yeah, body gets used to it in the end. Struggled big time with it at school, haven't been a great sleeper for 20 years or so now.

I'm giving you likes out of sympathy mate not because I like you can't sleep

Worst thing for me is that its affected my health a lot. I got IBS acid reflux anxiety and am a grumpy git

    Oh and I got fat

    Exactly the same mate.
I've got bad acid reflux anxiety and diverticulitis.
I've always found it strangely amusing when you tell people you have insomnia. Being told to work hard, take an early night and a Nytol as a solution <laugh>

I am not sure of the reason but each time I fly into Suvarnabhumi Airport I have noticed this angry-looking woman waiting there with three kids and a poster with the words "Have you seen this man"? and a picture of a large tattoo that looks very like those Comm is showing on another thread.

Sounds even worse than what I'm experiencing.

    I'm averaging about 3-4 hours a night.

As for your acid reflux problem, try having an acidic apple like a Granny Smith sliced up by the side of your bed. Have a slice or 2 every time you get a reflux. Works for me <ok>

Tried loads of the natural style treatments as I don't like meds if I can help it

Think its a vicious circle tbh.

Eat at 6pm go to bed at 10/11, wake at 7 have breakfast and things would be good

Problem with insomnia is you get hungry again at midnight or 2 am and either eat junk or fall asleep after eating

Rennies and **** like that never worked for me.

My late mother-in-law told me about acidic apples. Eating something acidic fools your stomach into stopping producing more acid. Mild apples don't work for me. Has to be a Granny Smith!

Try apple cider vinegar or aloe vera raw ( bitter as anything but helps)

Problem I found though is unless you can change other things its short term relief
