Not bothered by his discipline record. I think that bite (not a Suarez pun) has been missing from our team since Mascherano and Gerrard days
he's spicey add in the talent he's meant to have and a bit of a competitive streak and he might be.quite good. there's a fine line between thick **** like shelvey and a competitive player like gerrard.

Agreed - you can tell that this guy wants to win and that desire will spill over into over aggression and ill discipline.
Yeah, I don't mind a guy kicking an opponent. Cheap cowardly stuff like shelvey or barton is just self destructive. Good hard challenge sets the tone
Liverpool set to bring ex-player Suso back from AC Milan in £35m deal - report LIVERPOOL are thought to be ready to splash a staggering £35m to break Suso's release clause - two years after selling him.
As you said in an earlier post - there's a fine line. Controlled aggression is good, but anyone who spends a lot of time in a suit in the stands isn't helping their team a lot.
No they are not. you are right. in England imo.you can get along with a lot tbh. if he has the sense to take the leg off someone for a yellow then be a good boy fine. it's the stupidity aspect that will be interesting. anyone can get 5 yellows and be suspended. anyone can be unlucky getting 2 if the situation needs a foul but to go do it regularly or for nothing thoughtless reasons is different. time will tell I suppose I like a guy to be tough and competitive not a mouth or a sly cheat.
