He's on the bench so not playing any worse or any better than the 11 on the pitch at the minute mate!
He came on in the 73rd minute mate. The Dons went 1 striker up front with him up front on his own and sat back to defend their 1-0 lead. He didn't see too much of the ball as Fleetwood pressed up but he made a bit of a nuisance of himself when he could. He's not a big lad though and he's going to have to learn to impose himself when he does get his chances.
Sat having a few Samuel Adams' and waiting for CoD WW2 to install. Got a chick flick to watch with the wife later too. This is how I roll now. 2004 me would be ashamed of 2017 me.
Got back from one if my kids' birthday party. Was at a climbing centre, they had a ball fair play. I was the only dad there, three of my boys mates Mum's are well bangable but the two girl climbing instructors were bloody superb. As were the three or four other girls using the walls. Female climber = superb arse. Now enjoying a cold Peroni.
I win the beer trumps. Your female climbing arse trumps my chick flick night in. We'll call it a draw.
Draw it is! My disclaimer is Peroni was the only half decent beer the shop I called in on the way back had. It was mostly piss lager.
I had a full supermarket to choose from, I don't mind a Peroni though. Went to a wedding a few weeks back and it was the free beer on the day, tastes nicer when it's free.
It's even nicer out of the bottle too. Not had a draught one for ages. Prefer Moretti any day anyway. The Nisa down the road needs to up its sodding game. The co op further up has a great selection.
Peroni and Moretti my two lagers of choice usually. Agree about how crisp peroni is out of the bottle.
Lager needs to be served ice cold. Nothing else will do. Moretti gives me a headache but I like a Peroni. Currently drinking another Italian lager called MenaBrea. On offer in Morrisons at the moment
It does indeed. I've caned all the Mahou I brought back from holiday so am back to having to buy. Likely to be autumn ales from here on.
Can't the lad is in bed... I've always preferred Peroni to Moretti too btw but ended up drinking Moretti for the first time in years in Milan last year and it got me back into it.
Not a big fan of ales. But there's a local brew down here called Betty Stogs which is very smooth. I play in a band and we often get given a barrel of the stuff to help ourselves to at pub gigs. Remember playing one gig so pissed that I was playing the bassline from the previous song in the set. It was a bit like that Two Ronnies Mastermind sketch where he answers the current question with the previous answer from the question before I think everybody was so pissed that nobody really noticed ....
I've never had it on draught. But in the bottle it gives me a headache. A lot of those lagers are brewed under licence in the UK and aren't really a patch on the draught served up in the country of origin.
The bottled Moretti isn't. Not sure on the draught but when I've had it it's nice. I've had that Betty Stogs in a Spoons in Devon. Nice!
