According to HDM, the Queen wants some pills taken over to Egypt and is looking for someone with room in their suitcase. Hull University has designed a machine that can disguise opium based drugs as sweets and the handover with Assem is to take place in the car park next to the Students Union.

The Queen is opening the Allam Medical Centre at the University on Thursday. Money can't buy you love but it can get you your name on two of Hull University buildings. Seems Hull University doesn't care that they charge children the same price as adults for a ticket to watch Hull City, that they evicted thousands of young people from the Airco Arena or that they have stopped young families using the Argyle Street bridge to get to West Park. As long as they get some money they seem to be happy.

    Adults should be £25

Concessions should be for 18 to 16 £10

    And under 16 £5

    No Different zone prices

    In my opinion

    ---------------------

( Chaz what I quoted before was Scarborough prices....i doubt if a professional club could match £10...£5....£1 )

I pointed that out to Chazz earlier about them being Scarborough prices.

Unfortunately you can't say what they should be. That is governed by a lot of factors.Would like them to be maybe.
The irony is that you can afford to charge less for tickets in the PL as the propotion of your income from ticket sales is less than in the Championship. Of course that doesn't stop PL clubs charging ever more ludicrously high prices.

Going by my cost of 3 pints comparison, I saw the Rolling Stones in 1964 for the equivalent of just over 3 pints, City was 3 pints in 1970 then £10 is about right now.<laugh>

Unfortunately it doesn't work that way.

You've certainly got that right, Obi. I deal with Unis and they are the pits, it's all about the dosh. The Unis and the Allams are ideal bedfellows. I'm reviewing my position.

    Corbynn
    Johnson
    Brexit

Why would she give a half a **** about the Allam - supporter relationship when most of the population of Hull couldn't?

    She's a good lass.

That's bollocks because everything to date has failed and there is only one or two people to blame. And it isn't the supporters.

Queenie to old Man Allam; "After all you have done Dr why do the paupers still proteseth (royalty still speak like that).

Papa in response to pertinent question; "I am not sure why the commoners doth protesteth ma'am. I have told them they can die when they want. I am somewhat bemused as to why they have ignored my wishes".

Head of state; " I have heard the people of Kingstown upon the River of Hull have great foresight and influence. Why don't you engage with them? I'm sure their requests are reasonable and it would serve to quell any uprising".

Papa: "Yes ma'am I will ask Ehab to look at how we might appease the common people".

Papa to Ehab; "Hey son. That head of state whom I must respect even though she is a woman has suggested we appease the sniveling bastard commoners of Hull. What can we do? I don't want to appease them but don't want her to know I think they are beneath me".

Ehab to Papa; "Leave it me dad I know what they'll fall for again. One of my infamous Friday announcements giving the impression we want to compromise".

Papa: " Don't you think they will start to see through that at some point"?

Ehab; Some might, but I am banking on the majority thinking I really am serious this time. After all they have given us so many chances already. What difference will one more make"? "Most will say any offer of compromise should not fail because of the intransigence of supporters. They are stupid enough to go for it again".

Papa; Go on then son, try it but don't **** it up. "

Ehab; " Leave it to me dad. You can rely on me".

Most in the country wouldn't care less, even in hull.
This is a research facility and it's also going to train doctors, nurses and health care workers. That we as a city and the country as well are desperately short of.
Hurt feelings about a gate ffs.
My next door neighbors been after a hip op for two years. Been called in twice and sent home due to a shortage of drs.
Bloke further down the street got sent home once from hull once from Beverley due to staff shortages. He was not going to bother when he got an urgent call to come in. Aneurysm on his brain. Got it just in time otherwise he was dead.
Just think it could be called the Lewis Hamilton building or the .bono .Building but it's not for some reason
