And tonight he's fuelled the speculation by posting a cryptic message on his personal Twitter profile. Karanka wrote: "Next stop… *thinking emoji*", alongside an image of himself looking at the departures boards at London's King's Cross station. His tweet has led to suggestions he's heading to Sunderland with a view to filling the hotseat vacated by Grayson last week. Can't help but think this would be a poor appointment for you lot. Not even 100% sure why just doesn't seem to sit right for what you need, he's a defensive manager and your defence is ****e so not sure how much of an impact he'll have without negatively affecting the other end.
