Predictive Text **** Ups

Ever made or received an inappropriate text that was down to predictive text changing words?

A plumber I used to service the boiler was coming back to install a new shower for me. This was a couple of weeks ago. We were trying to arrange the date and time.

luv. What about Saturday, I can be in all day?

Plumber. Sorry I'm in Cardiff on a kid all day Saturday.

Plumber. On a job.

luv. No probs. (Pissing myself laughing)

 

I never use it.

The one time I turned it on within an hour a text to my ex about our son changed the word 'cute' to '****'

Went straight back off!

Not predictive texts but I've sent the wrong text message to the wrong woman a few times...good job I'm smooth at bullshitting

Tbf I seem to have got better as I've got older...at lieing*.....but yeah I've ****ed up a fair few times.

 

Yeah, like spelling lying wrong.

 

Before I got married I was seeing two birds at the same time, not in an obvious player way, just a bit of overlap between relationships. It was when text messages used to take an hour to write when you had to press each key 3 times to get the right letter.

Anyway, spend ages writing this dirty text about what I was going to do with this lass when we met up later, just after I'd sent another text telling the other one telling her that I could't see her that night. Pressed send and realised I'd sent both texts to the same girl. She clocked it and that was the end of that. Anyway, still got a shag with the other one that night

I thought predictive text used memory of what you'd previously typed? Basically you can gauge what people google (or text other people) by looking out for their predictive text message **** ups.

I know some words automatically change... ducking from ****ing the most common.

 

thats the most annoying one. Swear words to non swear words.

when you are a youtube sensation you can afford custom phones with custom predictive texts. I'm surprised he hasn't handed his trusted agent one of them

 

Not great but could be worse. Yeah he lives with me, he's only 8 ffs!! Bit too private to go into details mate but we're holding tight
