Disco's are not allowed on a list of great crisps due to volume content. The potential is there as the flavour is awesome but the amount needs addressing before they can be taken seriously.

Roysters T-bone steak are the best, for sure.

Another personal favourite of mine is Paprika Lays, only when on holiday, it's not the same when you find a bag on the exotic foods aisle in Tesco.

    If i'm on a Friday drive home and end up in the services and am looking for a grab bag to go with my expensive coffee it comes down to;

    KP Discos - S&V
    Square Crisps - C&O
    Cheesy Wotsits
    Flaming Hot Doritos.

Can't go wrong with one of the above.

Doritos are my downfall. I don’t buy ‘em anymore cos I can’t eat just a few, the whole ****ing packet disappears!

Cheesy Wotsits on a drive is a bad call, greasy steering wheel.

Doritos are a true champ, I'd have any flavour, I loved them roulette ones.

I have that problem with pretty much all crisps so I discourage Mrs Stan from buying any. One bag = ten minutes on the treadmill.

    The same as French fries.

    Taste of nothing.

They just give up in the bag, like they've died somehow.

I don't have much of problem at home because she buys the kids' crisps at Lidl. They ain't Walkers so I avoid with ease.

The Doritos on the other hand are always authentic so they are a bastard when in stock.

    Lidl's do some banging crisps.

They do these sour cream mini wagon wheel crisp things, ****ing lush and only £1 for a massive bag.
Sometimes they also do these garam flour / lentil flour curried crisps, posh **** for when the in-laws come round <ok>

Worst crisps for me Doritos of any flavour followed by Pringles of any flavour. They seem popular but I don't get it myself the Doritoes are like cardboard and Pringles are some kind of odd thing but there isn't a lot of potato going on.

Yeah they do some good stuff, Texas Barbeque posh ones they do are nice. They also do peanut flips in a massive bag on American week, sort of giant peanut flavour wotsits that somehow work.

There are just the plain crisp type crisps I'm talking about.

They're fine, they just don't call out to be eaten in the same way a pack of Walkers would.

Pringles are corn snacks aren't they? Not spud?

Not a fan of plain type Doritos but the hot ones and the cheese ones and the mixed up ones are superb.

They go well with a chilli too.

Might post a chilli recipe in the curry thread!
