    I note that now mysteriously two city players and Henderson out for england.

    at least Henderson missed the last off game.

    both Delph and sterling played v arsenal.

    imo again... you don't turn up you don't get selected should be the rule.

    yup the thing is... ok i don't care at all lets be straight about it... BUT there are 90k fans who will be going to wembley to see brazil v england and most of the england team will cry off and make it a complete waste of money for them.

    If england arrange a "premier" fixture the word should be out. turn up of you are out of the wc squad IMO.

    I am rather annoyed by coutinho suddenly being fit to travel after missing games for us but he's grand (again) for brazil

    It used to be seen as an honour by players to play for your country, now it seems to just get in the way of their club ambitions.

    As much as England friendlies are sh!t, surely you would want to play against Germany and Brazil. Someone like Sterling will be in the world cup squad, but he clearly needs to fight for his place in the team.

    He also chose his words very carefully when asked about the Everton job recently. The RS Echo's headline on the subject made me laugh, as I'd already read verbatim what he actually said, and the 2 didn't seem to correlate <laugh>

    and? We've got no great rivalry with Chelsea, why not go there. Those two I mentioned are the only ones he wouldn't go to imo.

    Not talking about rivals - all the PL clubs are our rivals, the top 3/4 being 'real rivals'.

    I'm talking about fan historic rivalry. There's never been and never will be any rivalry between Liverpool and Chelsea in that regard. Rafa can go to Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs ... with our blessing but go to either of the other two and it could all turn Michael Owen. <laugh>

    Being done to cover up the talk of their last loss
    I cant see utd doing that to jose or else he may well up and leave, the only place for him to go now is psg and i could see that happening now tbh.
    Utd wont struggle so not worried about them, would worry that city may dominate totalyy if jose leaves
