Its not unfair as probably anyone could do this legally. But yes having money is an advantage. Its why your former club pretended to use EBTs (loans to employees) when they actually paid earnings via the scheme and said they wouldnt look for the money back. Thats unfair because it was evasion and law abiding citizens wouldn't do it. Ergo that was an UNFAIR ADVANTAGE.

That's not why your former clubs titles should be stripped though.

They should be stripped as the letters confirming the EBTs were not to be repaid had to be registered with the football governing body but were not so the evasion could take place. This meant every match played by an improperly registered player should have resulted in a 3 nil forfeit of that game.
