Yes, we are brilliant in the transfer market. Best out of the bigger clubs to be sure. Winning the league on zero net spend 14.15. Look at United £350m with same manager and less success so far
Yeah but come on. You only got zero net spend because you sold Schurrle, Lukaku and Luiz for silly money. Chelsea's tactic is stockpile millions of youths, send them all out on loan where they do well and raise their value, sell a dozen of them every summer, make £100m, spend it on a couple of big buys and then make out they're 'spend neutral' Sooner or later your stockpile will run low and you'll either be back to spending big money using Romans funds every summer or dropping down to Liverpool and Arsenal's regular level.
It's their style mate. Strange bunch of posters on here. Bar a few they're utter thundercunts in the main.
How much did City pay you for De Bruyne? Whatever it was, it wasn't enough. ****, that must really hurt.
So you got **** all for him then, and now he's the most entertaining player in the PL? Looks like you really screwed up there.
I think you screwed up thinking City bought De B from Chelsea. Stick to the sailing forum: you might look less asinine.
Not really that interested in City or Chelsea - two nouveau riche clubs followed by armies of Johnny Come Lately plastics imo. But I can spot a major talent as well as anyone else with a passing interest, and it was clear early on what De Bruyne was capable of; to everybody except Chelsea, apparently.
If it was clear early to everyone 'on what KDB was capable of', why on earth did you not recommend KDB to Saints, or United, Barca, before Chelsea signed him in the first place? And then let Chelsea sell him loan him to Bremen, sell him to Wolfsburg. With your eye for spotting talent, maybe you should apply to Chelsea for the newly vacated Technical Director of Football position?
You say you can spot a major talent as well as anyone else? Which one of KDB's three Premier League games made you so certain of what De Bruyne was capable of? Or maybe you watched him against Swindon in the Capital One Cup?
Can't remember where I watched him. I remember being very impressed though. It was definitely more than once. Anyway, you're boring me now, you're like one of those houseflies that won't **** off even when you have opened all the windows. The key point here is that letting him go constitutes a massive **** up by Chelsea
Brilliant. You thought Chelsea sold KDB to City. You claimed you spotted KDB as a major talent at Chelsea, even though he only started 3 Prem games. Now you can't remember seeing him play for Chelsea despite saying 'I can spot a major talent as well as anyone else with a passing interest, and it was clear early on what De Bruyne was capable of; to everybody except Chelsea, apparently.' I went to The Dell many times. Even stood under the Chocolate Boxes once under Milton Road stand when our end was full. You had crowds of 12k then, 30k now, so you have a few JCLs yourself when you aren't getting run all over the shop by 657 crew
