It's getting to a point that whenever Trump's face comes up on the telly,I want to put my fist through it.
I wonder what Ivana went through married to the idiot? She says she had to raise the kids.......

Well BBC radio news have led all day with the allegations against Labour MP Kelvin Hopkins (with Kevin Spacey getting ahead a couple of times). Nobody is denying the seriousness of this allegation, but the "balance" of putting this allegation against a Labour MP ahead of those many against Tory MPs might just give the impression that MPs of all parties were 'all at it' equally, whilst the real balance does seem to suggest that this is far more of a Tory problem.

Add to that how the media keep pushing to the forefront stories of Fallon being inappropriate with Julia Hartley-Brewer or Andrea Leadsom, all of which ignores what is actually said about the sentient slapped buttock on the widely-spread screenshot that is purportedly the list.

Actually, there's one thing about that list that does stick out to me: Justin Tomlinson being on it, as there's hardly grounds to blackmail him for cheating on his wife with researcher Katherine Bennett given the fact that the relationship between him and Bennett has been public knowledge since he split from his wife in July last year (which, of course, The Sun couldn't help but report on at the time...) That makes me wonder whether there's a more recent version of the list that's not been revealed yet.
As there's a Trump tweet for all occasions...

Priti Patel has committed a bit of light treason:
    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-41853561
    That's a death penalty offence, isn't it?
I wonder what she'd want to happen to someone that commits that sort of offence? Wait, no I don't:

Seriously, how is she in any sort of responsible position? Utter moron.

If that wasn't reason to be afraid, there's talk of her making a leadership bid.

Good news for the Lib Dems...

  6. This is the real definition of a scandal. Private holiday my ass, these were meetings clearly undertaken in her official capacity and prearranged by the Israeli embassy before she left the UK - not some random, chance encounter while in the area.
But as we are finding out in a daily basis, the Media appear to be ‘distracted’ by minor indiscretions by MP’s and serious issues of State are being buried in all the shrapnel........

Dangerous, ignorant bigot - and an influential member of the Government at the same time. Frightening combination!

Mind you, she has dropped Boris right in the cack - will be interesting to see whether he breaks cover to support her account <laugh>

Headline on BBC website, only put in context in final paragraphs which suggests less than direct knowledge.....

‘Ms Etemadzadeh told the BBC she believed that the Labour leader's office had been contacted about the complaint "and it was ignored".’

Never let the truth get in the way of a headline (that diverts attention away from a truly deserving recipient!) <doh>

Funny how the media has completely forgotten about Damian Green in the past day or so, isn't it?

Well that's made the BBC's attempt to deflect the entire story onto Labour a bit problematic...

    Russian accounts linked to "Calexit":
    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/blogs-trending-41853131
The leader of that movement left the country after it swiftly flopped. Where did he go? Russia.

Who else promoted that ridiculous shambles? Nigel Farage and Arron Banks.
See also Trump, Le Pen, Wilders, Ukraine, Syria and pretty much everything else.
    Funny that, eh?

  16. Move along, nothing to see here, folks! <laugh>

Paradise Papers: Commerce chief Wilbur Ross's links with sanctioned Russians
    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-41876939

And so it goes on, this time the man who single-handedly appears to be responsible for Trumps ‘empire’ surviving the bankruptcy of the Taj Mahal casino in New Jersey, is linked directly to Russia commercial contracts.

Oh the irony of western state-sponsored offshore
tax havens with opaque corporate structures,
potentially having funded the growth of USA social
media platform companies whose wares allegedly
have been utulised by Russia to influence the 2016
    USA elections.

Another mass shooting in the States... really interesting at the moment because the news agencies don't know whether to attribute the dreaded "t" word to it. But as I've said before, if you've been killed illegally, does it really matter? Well obviously it does to the Pres anyway.

Edit: Now they are reporting at least 27 dead. Very sad. But you know, as long as the Americans have the right to defend themselves...
