He isn't a Bates, GFH or a Cellino, that he may have made the wrong decision on who he has employed to help him on the football side, at the moment, I can't disagree with. Let's see if he will act but as someone else pointed out on the worst player thread, even old fashioned managers can get it wrong.
If a coach doesn't speak to his players after a loss, is that generating a lack of confidence and a "if TC don't give a damn, why should we" attitude?
