absolutely shambolic defending, there is no organisation in this team whatsoever, the set up is leaving us wide open we are having 2 midfielders play against 3 every time, he is playing 2 wingers who do little to help out and we are under the cosh all the time, the defence has no idea what they are supposed to be doing, and the gaps between midfield and the sole striker are ridiculously big, leaving the likes of Campbell so isolated the poor fkr must feel like giving up.
However average our squad is , it isn't that bad it should concede 10 goals in a week in the championship - he just persists with the same tactics and same result - he just isn't up to this job , it may be a ****ing tough job , doesn't make him any less up to it!

Didn't deserve a point but we didn't deserve that. Main difference between the 2 sides was midfield, they had one, we didn't. Irvine didn't do enough, Meyler lumbered about like an old man. It's no surprise the back line looks ragged towards the end of the game when the midfield doesn't help out at all. Campbell must wonder why the 'ell he runs around so much.
