Campbell did drop off deeper and now with the abundance of attacking midfielders we have, it's highly unlikely we'll play 2.

How is it work experience at a club at that level? Mind you, they’re doing well in that league, if he can get games it isn’t so bad. Nice place too.
Sounds a bit of a technical point connected with the type of contract he is on at the moment. As you say nice place to play if he can get game time, they are a nice club apparently.
Huddlestone? Davies? In terms of what we sold them for and spending more to replace Huddlestone (Stewart).
They were clauses, we had no choice. On the other hand it got big earners off the books. Would we be in a far superior position with them?
Huddlestone said afterwards had the club bothered to open contract talks sooner, he would have stayed (though that was probably to make Ehab look worse). He wasn’t the only player to say it in the summer too so we could have avoided the low release clauses. Bigger earners yeah but on reduced wages no less. We probably would be in a better position. When was the last game we had some control in midfield? We keep playing 5 across the middle and still fail to hold position. Huddlestone was excellent at that.
Erm he was the only player to say it. They're still our biggest earners. Have people forgotten Huddlestone's championship performances? It doesn't suit him. He's hardly had rave reviews from Derby fans either. We'd be in a very similar position with or without Tom/Curtis.
