Yeah, I realise the point of your text.

It's actually very hard to be objective about keepers, for obvious reasons.

I probably wouldn't be half as critical of Forster if we looked like we might actually score more than one goal ourselves, per hour of football played. He's not been great since that game at Palace a year ago; perhaps he never will be great, but he's not a liability either imo.

 

Did you read my post? I also said he wasn't having a good time but just pointing out how people do have their eyes affected by their beliefs.

People really should just make sure they don't get too carried away.

 

I felt like this on Sunday. In the split second the ball landed on Murray's head, my reaction was that's looped up nice for Fraser. I was surprised it ended up in the net.

 

Yeah, snap. And it's happened quite a few times last season and this, where I wouldn't call him out for it necessarily, but the ball has ended up in the back of the net when I really didn't expect it to.
