Conte follows the same old Italian fascist work ethic as PDC, he too bans condiments and regiments his playing squad, has a fine system and expects his players to reach their potential in fitness. Same as Di Canio. What's good for the goose is good for the gander. The only reason PDC won't get a job again is because he was too open with his fascist values in turn everyone has learnt from us after the massive negative publicity, quitting board members and sponsorship problems.

He not a nutter for enforcing a traditional Italian work ethic anymore than Conte is. Even if he was mentally ill(no evidence of it) it makes my skin crawl how many love to use it as stick to poke him with.

The bloke took a ****y cottage on the academy site, put in incredible hours and wasn't getting the effort back from the **** houses in the squad. PDC understood the passion of this club and was willing to work his fingers to the bone for it. The **** houses on the other hand couldn't put the effort in for their own self respect and dignity let alone for the club. Who's the real 'nutters'?

And yet the players are doing the same at Chelsea as ours did here. Fabregas last week said “everything’s fine” then went on to complain and completely contradict that. He’ll be gone next few weeks because the players don t want to work as hard as he wants them to. They may not be going to Abramovic about it but their discontent is there to see

Yet, italian players work under countless coaches of the same ethic across italy and it's not a problem, ad the Germans to that too who build their players out stone on diet of strict professionalism. It's adds to my point i believe, how dare some fans and coaches in the sport want their 'Athletes' to carry the same ethic evident in most sports in most countries. Not British football, not the prima donors(with garlic and chilli) who want do less on the biggest wages in the sport. Just proves my point that it's the player and the spoiled culture in the British game, it why the sport is ****ed in this country. Players man. Paid an incredible wage but far too many want it on a plate for minimum effort. Give em a weeks boxing training and the ****ers would be keeled over vomiting. They'd record the process on Instagram with relative ease though.

accept anything but the best. you get your wish. Cause the game in this country is a million miles from it. ****houses, and we've(safc) been full to the brim with them. Maybe PDC went too far but at least it's too far in the right direction. And it certainly doesn't mitigate the players for pulling in the wrong direction and doing it for manager after manager after manager.

Well I,ve seen for myself his positive influence on the pitch obviously a staistician may prove me wrong. Look I'm not saying he is a world class defender but he has helped more than hindered the team.

I reckon if PDC was still here and was supported to the hilt by the chairman the following would have happened.

The players would have revolted and gone public etc as PDC dropped them.

We got relegated without a trace and us fans wudda been up in arms.

All the **** wudda been cleared out once and for all and replaced with hungry PDC desciples.

Promotion follows very quickly and our hungry young fit team are challenging the Top 4.

PDC ATTRACTING THE TOP TEAMS IN EUROPE.

I wish the fascist was back.....
