    Step 1 - get some good "experienced" players in
    Step 2 - Get off to a bad start
    Step 3 - Get relegated to League 1
    Step 4 - Win league 1 with ease with the "experienced" players and the players who are too good for league 1 (Fryatt, Cairney, Roseinor etc)
    Step 5 - Then get back to back promotions

    Nigel nearly did it with Leicester, then Norwich did it last season with Milwall and Leeds not far behind, then Southampton and Brighton getting great starts this season

    Convientiently leaving out "spend 3-4 seasons in League 1."

    Actually, Leicester were promoted back to the Championship at the first attempt in our one and only season below the second tier.

    Pearson's a good manager though. I'd stick with him.
