because they cheat like **** with the officials help. I loathe the constant tapping up via media done by both them & Barca.
Oh & that narcissistic twat Ronaldo plays for them.
aint that enough to be going on with.

Yes, what about the sitter that Dele missed? He scored by an offside and a deflection so what does missing sitters say?

Not much to add to what has already been said but a few special mentions are in order:

Kieran Trippier, I owe you a profuse apology. Up against Marcelo and Ronaldo you didn't put a foot wrong. A constant thorn in their side down the right and composed in defense. Magnificent performance and easily his best in a spurs shirt.

Harry Winks. Good grief. Two superb passes to start moves that ended in goals 1 and 3. The pass to Alli in the build up to the 3rd was made just outside our own box with 3 Real players surrounding him. There really needs to be a strain of cucumber named after him. Cannot believe he's only 21.

Harry Kane. Ran out of steam late on but what a shift he put in. Ran Ramos ragged - his strength and awareness are the best in the world at the moment in my opinion. If he had pace he'd be the best player on earth right now. Sublime talent who is living proof that hard work does pay off.

Fernando Llorente. His contribution was crucial to snuffing out the Real comeback after they scored. Held the ball up brilliantly and won some crucial free kicks to run the clock down. 5 years younger and he would've scored right at the end too.

Eric Dier. Like Tripps, I've picked on him a bit this season but the way he dropped back into the 3 and marshalled the back line throughout was mightily impressive and was the main reason Toby coming off didn't affect us in the slightest.

All in all, a wonderful evening. I haven't stopped smiling all day.

Says to me we should sell Alli. I just can't forgive him for missing that. The two other goals against the world's best side in an incredible 3-1 victory mean Jack **** when you miss a sitter.

What I liked about it was Rat Boy trying to stop him but failing. Great assist and good finish as well.

I think you need to drink to them Brian. I know you like red wine so:

    Emiliana Organic Malbec 2014, 13.5%: £57 for a case of 6, Marks & Spencer

About 3 bottle should be enough.

Alli was back to his best last night. Not just the two goals, but his intelligent movement had the Real defense guessing all night.

Young Winks also acquitted himself well too. And Sanchez!!. To come from another league at the age of 21 and just slot in like he has always belonged there. How good is he gonna be in 2-3 yrs time!?

I still can’t help feeling that Utd wouldn’t have scored that goal had Sanchez been there!

He missed a sitter against Man Utd, missed a sitter last night, scores by offside and deflection and you're happy? Ok, let's drop the subject and see how we go.

But to drink to our coaching staff, it must be an Argentine wine. This one came top in the Independent's Argentine wine list. £10 a bottle is not bad. Three bottles of that is cheaper than going to the pub and drinking 8 pits of Guinness.

He could've scored with a triple deflected shot off of his arse cheek for all I care, when the ball hits the back of the net I celebrate.

And when that ball hit the back of the net (three times) against Real Madrid, it's safe to say I went bat **** mental and the sitter he missed can be more than forgiven for the performance he and the rest of the lads gave us last night.

Everyone misses sitters, it happens, live with it. Or at least live with it until you miss as many as Barren Dent. Then it's time to worry.
