Defence needs stabalising and why is Pontus not Pontus, should he be captain as we need drive, grit and someone to take control on the pitch. Pontus last year was the hero, so far hes zero this season, why.

Ayling, Beradi, Cooper, Pontus, Anita, CBJ, Pennington & Shaughnecksy, Dallas = should be good enough but need a well drilled stable back 4.

Anita, Klich, Phillips, O'Kane, Viera = 5 very good DMs but Phillips & Viera cannot do every game as young developers, but Klich or Anita are not getting a go in there?

Alioski, Hernandez, saiz = Potential matchwinners all yet we lack something. Pablo cannot do 2 games at full pace, Alioski can bee too greedy and fail to see the final ball, wants to be a hero. Saiz can be devastating but we need connectivity from behind and to Lassoga

Cibicki, Grot, Roofe, Sacko, Klich are bit part players, what is Tommy going to do?
